Permanent Lighting in Boiling Springs

Boiling Springs is one of the fastest-growing corners of Spartanburg County, and most of the work here is newer construction. The subdivisions filling in along Highway 9 and around Boiling Springs High School are two-story homes with steep pitches, clean fascia lines, and HOAs that want the same architectural submittal we file across Greer and Spartanburg. We know the pattern well.

The other half of Boiling Springs is Lake Bowen. Lakefront homes get lit on both sides, the street elevation for the neighbors and the lake elevation for the view from the water, and the dock is its own system on the same app. We quote docks virtually, and come out in person when the power run or water access needs a closer look. Those two drive the price more than the size of the dock.
